  • Congrats that's just great!
  • I love hungry girl as well and then I usually try my favorite recipes and substitute a little bit (like 2% milk instead of full the first time then something different). Also if there are foods you crave experiment with doing something different so that you can still have them and not feel deprived. I steal from "diet"…
  • I agree! I have penguin as a tattoo because penguins aren't supposed to do half the things they do (like walk uphills). There are days I feel the same way but a few 5k's and one 10k (boulder bolder) later and I am a walker/jogger/runner! Good luck and enjoy the run it will be a great time
  • First, you have great courage to even admit out loud that helps stop the shame and gets you started on the right path. With shame comes this need to keep a secret. You don't have to keep a secret it happens to so many of us me included. I am a binge eater and bulimic. I have not actively purged in over 4 months which is a…

  • I definitely see the the difference when I don't hydrate too. I know some people think it doesn't change with water versus other drinks but for me I really can tell if its water or something else.
  • Awesome you can really see a difference :)
  • Hi! First of all congratulations and good luck you have my support. I am also considering lap band surgery after being on weight watchers for two years and losing 35 lbs the hard and I mean hard way. I have exercised, restricted, gone to behavior modification and over eaters anonymous. I have asked for the surgery for me…
  • I was wondering about those too and the sodium is always such an issue. There's also those Go Greens that you put in your water but that's doesn't look good at all so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on that? Thanks
  • Good Luck you will do it! Whatever weight you feel the best in is the one for you and WW shouldn't tell you nay different so keep up the good work. Have you bumped up your exercise? Maybe doing some serious cardio or even "hot" yoga might help -- it burns 750 calories per 45 minutes! I'm trying to do more strength…

  • I feel the same way, I don't want to cheat until I get to my first 10% I feel I've cheated myself for a long time which is why I got this way so its going to have to be a sacrifice. But I also consider alot more things in moderation (like caramel macchiatos and baked potato chips) so I think I'm thinking better now because…
  • I agree I can't do all of the calories that it suggests either because I'm working out. I feel so stuffed and its making me feel that I'm not going to get down to my goal weight in time. I really want to be down 15 lbs by the 14th of April and it may not happen that way. So I would do what feels right to your body and it…
  • I'm proud of you and you are doing so well. Thanks for working out with me!
  • I've been dieting now for the majority of my life and I am thinking about having a lap band just to keep myself above water. I think about what I would do with some port coming out of my body. But I am so tired of being fat and tired of dieting and counting everything that goes into my mouth. I just want to be normal but…
