I wrap loosely in a paper towel without thawing , they come out perfect

I make a bunch and freeze them, but they're not necessarily "breakfast" burritos. I put in brown rice, bkack beans, a little cheddar, 1tb sour cream, garlic salt, hot sauce. LOVE them, I just microwave 1.5min in the morning

Can anyone tell me how much harder p90x3 is than Jillians 30DS? If 30DS was moderately difficult, will I keel over if I try p90x3? Any other suggestions for a next video moving in from 30ds? Thanks!!

Pretty much everyday I nade a burrito with a whole wheat tortilla. Sometimes its btrakfast like fullings, usually not. Usually I do beans/brown rice which is already cooked, a little cheese or sour cream, salsa, hot sauce. Sometimes ill do an egg/veggie scramble and throw that in if I have time

I love goat cheese, presteamed beets sliced, jicama, roasted pumpkin seeds or other nuts, poached or hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers, any kind of beans, bacon, I really like the yogurt dressings, they don't taste gross like the regular light dressings and are about 1/3 the calories of regular. .

Thanks for all your input! I definitely don't want to net under 1200, but I don't want to undo my hard work by eating back more than I burned either! I think I'm going to stick with eating back half for now and if I can ever find my hrm I can hopefully get a clearer picture of my actual burn. Also just curious...where does…
