  • Lower sodium because I have two small kids so we hardly use salt at all in our house - and we hardly eat out - everything is made from home (I'm a cook).   • 22 lb is a fantastic start. I can really recommend MFP - it is like it helps you keep track of things (I use it on my iphone and I note down absolutely everything so I don't cheat).
