I want to thanks everyone for all the amazing suggestions! And all the wonderful encouragement! I lost a few pounds this past month! But yesterday I had a "fat" day where I ate 300 more calories than I was supposed to from my 1200 calories a day. Lol it's funny because most people eat about 2000 calories a day. I love you…

Hi! I'm doing the 7 minute workouts with the help of an app on my phone 4 times a week. I also park very far when I go to stores and walk around for at least an hour looking at things. Can't do it too much because my legs and lower back starts to hurt bad. So I limit the amount of work I do.

I have considered. I mean this is the lowest I've ever been since high school. So you know that's really a good thought. I get so hung up on others achievements and weight, that I didn't stop and think how much I ME, have accomplished.
