I started at 135 kgs (297 lb) and I'm now at 67,6 (149) 165 cm or 5'4 inches.

Thanks guys. Making walking a habit was important. I commute by train and get of a station earlier, take the stairs. Invent reasons to visit friends/family or run an errand that requires talking or biking. Easter involved lots of walking but I ate all the extra calories. Which wasn't my intention, ohh well.

It's possible! I've lost 42 kg 93 pounds by just using myfitnesspal, its all about what you eat (providing its not water weight from the medication) and walking 10.000 per day, no power walking just walking. Yes puls is elevated but you don't need that to loose weight, though its generally healthier it might not be for you.

Since I'm doing more high fat low carb option cooking for 2 and still eating less calories is often easy. He has some more of the protein+ sauce and more carbs. 50g pasta for me and zucchini strings, 120g pasta for him and so on. Also easy to add an extra side of vegetables/salad to your plate.
