Yes I am going to focus more on calories this time. I should get nutrition help too. I know with my old weight loss plan there was no portion control which is prob why I gained the weight back.

Thanks all. Trainer two measures body fat using scales. I know it's not entirely accurate but gives me an idea. I think I could have fun with both of them. Am swaying to trainer one as she cheaper and then can do cheap gym membership on top for classes.

Thanks guys. I do know the plan off back of my head but guess like you say it's quite restrictive. You can mix carbs and meat but there is no portion control. I'll give it a go on my own without the meetings. Really want to do it just need o get focussed and in the zone. Got a goal for holiday next May. Just feel a bit…

Thanks guys for your help. My trainer did say to eat more protein. She said 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight, same for carbs and then 0.5g per lb for fat. What you think? I estimated calories on TDEE as 1700.
