When I started I weighted myself every Monday at 5pm, that was my weigh in time with my trainer. I kept it going for a while, now it is Thursdays at or around 5pm. I don't own a scale at home, so I only use the one at the gym.

I agree, I have been fitted for the sports bra and the regular bra...not only is it better for you, but it looks better too.

I add everything in separately and saved it as a meal, It is almost always the same base with the spinach, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, cheese and dressing. Select the meal when you have it and add or subtract if I do something different. I am such a creature of habit that I eat the same thing a lot.

I agree with doing HIIT, I hate the treadmill and the elliptical if I am on there for more than 10 minutes. If I am on them, I usually do intervals. Steady state cardio is not my thing.

You mean you aren't swimming in an outdoor pool? Ha, people say that to me all the time, like I swim and walk outside to my car without drying off an putting clothes on or something.

If I don't eat my standard diet for a few days, I will feel sluggish, but one meal no. Usually when it lasts for a few days, I am also not exercising like I normally do, which could be part of the problem. Then again, one meal of Chinese food makes me retain water for 3 days.

Yes, I wear a hat on most Saturdays to cover the awful bedhead. My hair is too short for a ponytail. The bonus of the hat is that it also keeps the sweat from dripping into my eyes. I don't notice how cold it is when I leave the gym, I am hot and it doesn't feel so bad. I do have remote start on my car and I turn it on when I start the post workout stretch. That part is nice.

I use Pinterest a lot. I pin recipes to different boards, if I try it and like it, it goes to a Pinterest board called Recipes I've Tried and Liked. I do print out the ones that I make often, for ease.

Accuweather is telling me it is 9 with a wind chill of -15 in St. Louis. My car said 12 on the way into work. Even my dog thought it was cold.
