I am so hungry after swimming too, it's the only exercise that makes me want to eat all the food.

I enjoy working out, but I think it started as I liked how I felt after I worked out. Then I started working towards goals besides weight loss and seeing the improvements in how much weight I could lift, how many pushups I could do, etc. That made me love it. I do tend to get bored with doing the same repetitive workouts…

7 mile swim would be killer :o (well so would the rest of it, but that is a long swim)

They are not dangerous, but I do still get some strange looks when doing them at the gym :)

I agree, this sucks. I am lucky to have great family and friends. My best friends have encouraged me completely along the way. When I was more strict with my diet than I am right now, they totally understood. I would drink less, eat less, but still have a blast and they were happy to have me around. They understood when I…

I had no but before and nothing after. Lunges are good, squats are good, but what helped me the most has been weighted hip thrusters!

I usually do an open water swim triathlon in August, but the swim is my favorite part and the shortest...so I thought I would try to do a long swim instead. Hopefully I don't regret it.
-
I haven't kept track, but thanks for the idea of a goal for myself. I have to up my time in the pool, I signed up for a 1.2 mile open water swim in August. If it was a pool, no problem...open water scares me.

That sounds really good, I use portabello mushrooms a lot...I top them sorta like a pizza if I don't have room for pizza that day and I am craving it.

I get those comments in the beginning. My friends got used to my new lifestyle and now that are fine with it and totally understand now. My two closest friends have never had the struggle with weight that I did and I had to explain that to them some and they were very supportive. I am lucky though, I know lots of people…

I did mini weight loss goals of 25lbs when I started. I did have a date in mind for the first couple and hitting those dates kept me motivated. When the weight loss slowed a lot, I didn't put the time frame on the goal. I added fitness goals though. I wanted to do a push up from my toes, then be able to do 10 without…

I am weird, I started liking frosting now that I have lost weight. I used to scrape it off, now I want more of it. It doesn't make me happy.

I went on a 7 day cruise, ate and drank what I wanted, but still made decent choices. I rarely skipped dessert though :). I did stay active though. I went to the gym on the cruise, we did active things at our stops and I walked around a lot. I gained a half pound. So, I say enjoy it and get back on track when you get back!!

My regular grocery store also has them and I love them. I make pizzas on them sometimes. I also use Sandwich thins, I think they are 100 calories.
-
I agree with this, I am guessing it is because the quality of the sleep is so much better. I fall asleep and stay asleep for the most part. It is wonderful.

I agree that they get in the way.. jumping rope, jumping jacks, running, painful. The price of bras is also horrible once you hit my size.
-
Mine never leave either. 100# gone and they are still a G. Ugh!

I have tried the training thing also, once on purpose and once forced due to surgery. My hair still looked oily if not washed every day. I have a little luck with just conditioning it, but it still felt gross to me.
-
Sounds like me, although I find new things and don't want to give up old exercises. :)
-
I wash mine every day, I have fine, oily hair it looks and fees awful when I don't wash it. I think it all depends on your hair. I have asked my stylist and she said with my hair type I should wash it everyday.

I did in the beginning, I had a lot of weight to lose. The first 25# I bought some new workout clothes, when I hit 50#, I bought new gym shoes, 75#, more clothes and 100# a new grill. I really ended up buying more workout clothes besides, that, but I bought more expensive stuff when I hit a goal.
-
I feel like I am constantly doing laundry with all my workout clothes. I drip sweat when I work out, so it goes straight to the dirty clothes, sometimes straight to the washing machine.

Like: Bench press, hip thrusters, kick boxing, swimming dislike: running, elliptical, bear crawls and mountain climbers

I think I have seen on of those signs that says "I wish I was as fat as I thought I was in high school" I however weigh less than I did in high school now. It's a nice feeling.
-
Not for me, swimming is the only one that makes me super hungry.

I set new fitness goals every year, so no end point really. I find new things to challenge me. I have done one sprint triathlon every year for the past 5 years...this year I decided I didn't want to do that again this year so I have a new goal of doing a 1.2 mile open water swim. I am terrified. I think finding a goal that…

St Louis Costco also had it. I am hoping for a change in flavor since that is not one of my favorites.

6:00 AM - Wake up, shower, take dog out for a little while, get lunch together 7:15AM- 5:00PM - commute and work 5:00-6:00PM (or 7:00PM) - do whatever workout I have planned for the day (lift weights or 9Rounds or walk at the park) Walk the dog when I get home (unless I went to the park, then he goes with me) 7:00PM - prep…

I do have those days, hard to combat sometimes. Most of the time the bottomless pit days are when I swim in the morning, for some reason that is the only exercise that makes me want to eat all the food. I am just careful about it and drink more water. It's taken a lot of time to get past it. Sometimes I eat a little of…
