Finished my meals for the day… so no more food until tomorrow! I was about 250 cals over my daily goal, but I will take that, especially since I was really “bad” on Sat with my eating. Goal for tomorrow is to keep my cals close to my daily and burn my arms up during my upper body lifting!! One day at a time…love it!

I really don’t have a time frame. I would like to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I know that’s the most my body will let go. Lol. I can’t wait to see “13” on the scale too!

Goal for tomorrow is to no have any chips except quest chips and fruit for dessert. No ice cream or any other desserts! (I usually have some kind of dessert almost every day!). Tomorrow will be my third day on this diet :)

Wow girl ! You already look pretty much cut to me. Great job. I think It is mostly about diet now. If you don’t like hiit...you won’t stay consistent. Target your diet and do regular cardio like waking at an incline or the stair master. That’s my two cents...

Hi Everyone, I just joined the group. My goal is 9800 cals a week. From what I have read, it is the total cals for the week after you deduct what you burn for exercise? So if I eat 1700 cals in a day but exercise and burn off 300 cals then my cals that I count is 1400 for the day?

I think it would depend on how much muscle you have. I am 5"2' and I was down to 120 lbs 1.5 yrs ago and people thought I was way too skinny. A lot of my weight was muscle and so I looked thinner than what people would envision 120 lbs would look on a person my height. Since then I have gained 25 lbs b/c I can't run…
