I have containers that are great for portable salads (all of the fixings go on top), soups, sandwiches, etc... That's what I use whenever I am eating on the go. I've also been known to have a cooler filled with grapes, bananas, hummus, etc... Just act like you're packing a lunch, only for dinner.

I've gone to the fair, and eaten while losing weight. My husband got a funnel cake, and I had one bite of it. And then I got a corn dog, and a lemonade. I don't eat 1800 calories, but some foods that I eat that are higher in calorie: -Cashews, or any nut really, as well as peanut butter (my personal favorite) -whole wheat bread -cottage cheese -smoothies -granola (i like cherry ganache granola from naturebox) Just some ideas, I am sure there are plenty more.

If you eat things that are low in calorie, you can eat all day. An egg is only 70 calories, watermelon is like 15 depending on how much you eat, carrots are only 35 for 8 of the baby ones, spring mix is 20 calories for 2 cups. Honestly though, I love cashews.
