Hey everyone,
I tried a few days of 30ds. The first day was tough but not too painful, but that was on a day off work where I didn't do much. But after a full day on my feet at work, my weak knee can't handle all those jumping jacks.
Any suggestions on other good workout videos I can use that feature less impact?

That can be tough, low impact workouts for some reason tend to be too low impact at times or geared to much older seniors.
Walking DVD's like Lesley Sansone are pretty low impact and can be fun. Some cardio Pilates DVD's keep you mostly on the ground. I'm looking for those now myself.
I have achy knees and can't do high impact but jumping jacks don't bother it that much or jogging, but lunges, etc. really bother me.
JIllians No More Trouble Zones isn't cardio, but is a good all over workout for muscles.
Collagevideo.com is a great site for checking out DVD's,, they have samples for almost all of them. You can see a little before you buy.0 -
If jumping jacks are the only problem, just sub something else in for those. No need to scrap the whole program because of one exercise.

I was going to suggest Leslie Sansone as well. I've been doing less walking outside (since it's hot) and more of her workouts. There are a few available on Youtube, so you can check them out before purchasing.0

I was going to suggest Turbo Fire where there is a girl who shows you low impact. Tomorrow will be the end of my 3rd week since starting on 7/1 & I've lost 6lbs. I do it 6 days a week. On Wednesdays which is supposed to be a rest day, I do Shaun T's Rockin Body. For low impact jumping jacks, the girl on Turbo Fire steps out to the side with her right foot & back & then steps out to the left side & back. Hope this helps.0
