I'm on day 4. After my 1st day my knees hurt too, but I kept going and now I'm fine. Follow her coaching, she gives all kinds of tips on staying injury free.

If you never allow yourself the things you like, you won't stick with it. It's when those things become the rule and not the reward that you have a problem.

I'm never more than 500 cals under my goal. and I drink 2 32 oz containers of water a day.

I measure EVERYTHING. I put all my meals into the recipe calculator so i can be as accurate as I can with that. I make sure I have fruit or veggies with every meal. I jog 3x/week.

I love Hungry Girl!! All the recipies are yummy! My kids even like them! Stock up on Fiber one cereal! lol! I think my fave might be the fudge recipe or the onion rings.

... i have a brownie recipe too, but it's not as simple so i have to find it.

1 box of devils food cake mix and 1 can of diet cola. mix it in a bowl, pour it in the pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. i know it sounds kooky but trust me, it's tasty and super moist.

know yourself. if you truly feel like you won't stop at one small piece, then don't eat any. also remove the temptation! having to look at that cake for hours is not gonna help you NOT eat it.

Hi, I'm new to this site, but i've been doing C25K for about a month. I'm going to repeat week 4 next week beacuse I couldn't hang this week! It kicked my butt! Does anyone have a strength training program they do with C25K. I think I need to start getting my legs and core in better shape if I'm going to be a runner!

Hi! I'm Krista. I took off 70lbs last year and has scince gained it all back plus some. I've been to sites like this before. I'm curious to see how this one is different. Looking forward to meeting people on the same journey and fitting into fabulous clothes!
