Scale won't move
I've been logging food, and doing C25K faithfully, so why haven't I lost any weight in over a month?! I don't get it. I'm bustin my butt and being very good about staying under my calorie goal. So why has the weight stopped coming off?

adding 30 Day Shred to my workout log
DOes anybody know how to add 30 Day Shred to the exercise diary?? So many people use it, but it's not in the database.

I'm thinking about doing 30 day shred. But i'd h that like to know more about it before I buy it. I already do C25K. will it interfere with that schedule?

Sodium in drinks
I was noticing that the weeks I drank a soda (diet of course) I was maintaining weight even though I stayed under my calorie goal. My guess is the sodium is causing me to retain water. Does this make sense? I haven't researched it yet, just throwing it out there.
