adding 30 Day Shred to my workout log

DOes anybody know how to add 30 Day Shred to the exercise diary?? So many people use it, but it's not in the database.

Yes circuit training general, but you have probably burnt more calories than the database gives for that, atleast acording to my HRM I burn around 300 for level 1. I'm 154 and 5ft 9.5 if that helps.0

That's interesting and comforting to hear you say 300. I was telling my boyfriend that under circuit training it was logging me at about 250ish and he said that seemed too high. And someone else was saying their HRM said they burned only about 100. I'm going to be buying myself a nice, quality HRM soon for this very reason. It's confusing!0
