  • It is still hurting. I'm icing it, hot compress, Arnicare'in it...lol. I'm taking it slow and modifying 30DS to what I can do. More upper body stuff than lower. More crunches too
  • Did Jillian again yesterday. Still on level 1. I still don't feel like I will be to level 2 anytime soon. I don't feel ready. I got my bodyfit media yesterday and so confused now on what I should be intaking calorie wise.
  • I need to incorporate something else in place of the forward lunges...anyone have any ideas?
  • Well, no more forward lunges for me. Went to my doctor this morning because my knee pain won't go away (it was feeling better) but re-aggravated last night. I have a patellar compression he said. Bummer. I must not have been doing the lunges properly. All other exercises I do, don't bother my knee, but the lunges kill it.
  • Did my day 5 of Level 1, I def need to do more days on level 1. I have not conquered each exercise yet. I finally was able to do jumping jacks without stopping and REAL jumping jacks at that. My hardest thing doing this level are push ups and butt kicks. What's your hardest exercise on level 1?
  • I know I haven't checked in, in a few days. I was letting my knee heal a bit plus I had a gyn appt yesterday and didn't feel like working out after being poked and well the weekends just suck for me. Today is a new day and I'm getting back in. I need to because I feel like I'm on the verge of giving up.
  • Thanks all, I'm going to do crunches today, some boxing and some weights while sitting. I'll work on the upper body today. It's feeling a little better, so maybe I will give it another day.
  • I took the day off as I twisted my knee yesterday while doing Jillian :( It's swolen and hurts when I put pressure on it. I am going to do Jillian tomorrow, maybe not as hard and skip the pushups (the girlie kind), jumping jacks and butt kicks. Its still ok, right?   • What I find funny is on level 1 when it's time for crunches, I'm stoked. I look at as a rest time for me. I will be more than glad to do crunches all day long verses pushups..haha. I'm like YES, now I get to lay down. Oh and feel free to friend request me :)
  • So last night on my day 3 of Jillian, I thought I would attempt doing jumping jacks. I did, but wow are my knees killing me. I don't know how my knees stand holding up this extra weight but it's going to come off. I will just continue to push through in hopes they feel better as my workouts continue each day.
  • Day 3. I know I said I would count yesterday as my first day, but I want to make my actual first day count. For some reason it was a little harder today. I wanted to give in, but I didn't. I still need to overcome doing jumping jacks.

  • Just finished level 1 of 30 day Shred. Out of the 28mins, I did about 20mins. There were times I couldn't finish the exercise, but I did do them all, some just not all. At least I moved. I can't do jumping jacks right now, but I do them waving my arms and moving my legs from side to side.

  • I don't understand this whole "reset" thing. I'm just exercising and watching my calories wanting to lose weight. I just want the simplest terms and way to do it. I want to know how much I need to consume to lose weight with the workouts that I do.
  • So if my Daily calories based on goal in step 6is 1968, that's what I should be eating? My TDEE is 2624 Daily Calories 1968 BMR is 1908 Still don't understand this all..lol

  • I need to train myself using the elliptical again..I get bored with that too. Interesting about the burn using the bike, I get more and burn more calories. My speed on the bike is between 12-14 level 3 resistance... I've been trying to find calf sleeves, can't for the life of me. May have to buy them online. I don't mind…
