manic weekend. my brothers wedding was yesterday, so got a sneaky 3 n a bit miler run in and then spent the rest of the day eating, drinking, dancing and playing on the park.
Today has been a total fail eating wise but have had a good couple of hours walking. back at it tomrrow though0 -
Day three, week Two of the Couch to 5 K. I know it isn't a lot of exercise, but it eventually I will be able to run a 5k without walking soon. Something I haven't done in years.0

Did a 30 minute Leslie Sansone walking workout. I have read about her workouts all over this site so thought I'd give one a try. It was a good old fashioned low impact aerobics. So not at ton of calories burned but I added weights to it so it felt good. We are off to Disney World on Sunday so I have to be good this week because goodness knows I won't be next week.0

Went skating today. It was a tough session physically and emotionally (someone's teenage daughter had been in a horrible car accident where one passenger died).
Also went for a walk to run some errands. Love living where I do because I can walk 15 minutes and be at shops galore. Although I didn't find one thing that I was looking for.0 -

ok yesterday started with a cold booooo, but did the usual poi, hooping n juggling then had an hr or so of rugby training (i have farrrrrr too much energy n ran round like a loonbag lol). it went downhill at the pub after as i won an easter egg :laugh:
today has been pretty much the same on the poi, hooping n juggling front and have just done my 1st 30ds level2. i wish i wasn't ill as that didn't go so well oops better luck tomorrow:ohwell:0
