there's something about this workout n knee injuries, i'm gonna repeat my advise to jen earlier in the thread....... strap it up, ice it, take some ibruprofen or gel, rest it n see your dr x0 -
Walked the dogs today and did 70 squats. Slow exercise day0

3 n half mile run after work, had the sprog on her bike in front so ended up running half a min faster pace than usual:ohwell:
the cold is still clinging on too so have stayed clear of the 30day shred but back on it when this bug clears n i can balance a bit better0 -

ok yesterday was just bad. stuck at a magic convention in a strange town, feeling poorly, so when i did get home i crashed out.
This morning 5m run, though a tad slower than usual thanks to this stupid cold that won't do one. mite attempt 30ds level 2 tonight if my lungs can cope0 -
Hour walk with the dogs and 90 squats today... might do stairs at work as well.0

4/8: L3D1 30DS = 260 cals burned (tomorrow I'm wearing my HR monitor as I swear it was more). Level 3 is a workout and a half but I like it the best out of all 3 levels!! There was only one move that hurt my knee to the point I couldn't do it, I had to modify.0

yesterday had a walk up onto the moors and then biked it to and from my sprogs climbing session, which was only about 9m but shes sooooo slow lol0 -
