Hello everyone!I'd definitely love some more friends on here to help keep me motivated!Currently looking to lose 20 pounds and get right back on track :)

For me personally I'm already looking to reward myself now with a smaller prize of some newer clothes. After losing ten pounds my pants are a size too big and starting to fall off. I think clothing is more of a practical prize if anything, though. I would honestly choose something that relates to YOU. I'm still so far away…

Ok, this is where I can definitely I feel give my two cents I actually am a former martial arts instructor who just left my job just a few days ago in order to move to a new state. At my old school, we did NOT allow students into class 15 minutes late, no matter whether or not they were old or new students. This will help…

I have about forty pounds left that I want to lose. I weigh in at about 163.0 right now, but want to get down to 123 if possible :)

I'm going for a 40 min run tonight. :)

Sadly I will not be able to bring my computer or other technology to the camp, so I cannot log, but I do want to keep on track, thank you guys so much for the advice, I will take all of this into account on my trip!

Make sure you are not eating too little. If you eat too little your body starts to think that it is starving and actually STORES Fat. Try not to go bellow 1200, if yu want to go under that, just eat 1200 and exercise afterwards. Water will help you and taking less sodium in throughout the day helps as well. Hang in there,…

No problem at all! I'm always glad to help! If you ever need any other help or any other advice feel free to message me or add me! :)

Just saw your updated post, I would definately say that the 200-300 deficit is not necessarily bad if that is your caloric intake as suggested by MFP. You're far from the lowest amount of calories that a male should intake. (I'm not a medical professional, so don't quote me on this, but I'm just talking from what I've…

It depends on the circumstances that cause the 200-300 calorie deficit. Now, a person should eat about 1200-1400 minimum (Changes depending on person, but this is a generalization, it changes based on gender, age, muscle, exercise...). But, lets say you eat the minimum amount of calories and then proceed to burn off 300…

Yes, make sure you definitely eat 1200 calories a day minimum! The catch with this rule is you can easily work around it. Lets say you want to only eat 700 calories in one day. Well, that just isn't healthy, lets be honest. Yet, what you can always do is go ahead and work out, burning 500 calories and then getting down to…

Perhaps starting to measure your neck, thighs, and waist would be a better idea than just continuing to look at the scale. Depending on the intensity of your workouts you could very well be gaining muscle and that weighs a lot more than you would think! Hang in there and don't give up! Try changing up workouts as well as…

I personally allow myself to have ONE serving of diet soda every day. I cut back from three per day down to one and I don't plan to change that anytime soon. If I do not exercise, though, then I admit that I do not drink that diet soda for that day. I guess it is my incentive to get up and run or practice martial arts :)…

Positively beautiful! :)

Hang in there! Those sound like some great goals to have, very realistic and smart! :) My current goals are to lose another six-11 pounds minimum by the 19th of august (I've been struggling to lose lately, so six in itself would be a LARGE step for me!). My long term goal is to get down to 140! I am a large framed 18 year…

Only if I'm not wearing socks! They look wretched when I have socks on. Good think my job requires me to be barefoot! :) Currently mine are mostly muscle, but I would love it if they were a bit smaller.

What I do is just plan ahead and have healthy, but filling meals planned for the days that do not have any kind of exercise in them. I feel that through planning ahead I'm able to meet my dieting goals with no complications.

Thank you guys so much for all of your advice and kind words! :)

Major props going out to you! Hang in there! I admit to having quite low self esteem about my size and struggle to put on bathing suits. In time I am going to do my best and get to where I can wear it with confidence :)

I despise the fact that many people do not clean up the seats and also many people are very judgmental. Also, Where I used to work out many parents of my students would go to as well, so I was not able to work out in peace. Due to this, I have decided to stick to running and weight lifting within the safety of my house.

Approach working out with a smile, it can certainly be fun! Grab some friends and things can end up being awesome. I'm a marital arts instructor, so I'm quite biased, but I do recommend perhaps getting involved in a workout class or club. Martial arts is only one example of this, perhaps a running club, or even just an…

Ma'am, you are truly an inspiration to me! Keep it up, you're amazing!

You are positively beautiful, girl! Hang in there, Ok? I know it is hard now, I'm struggling myself, but hang in there. From here things can only get better, right? The hardest part is figuring out that you have a problem, the easiest part is trying to solve it. I took a look at your diaries and this is what I noticed,…
