Yep. Got over 100 lbs. to lose. I joined Weight Watchers a few years ago and lost 40-45 lbs. I then went off of the program, gained it all back and then some. WW didn't work for me again after multiple attempts. I had lost over 30 lbs recently but stopped and now am trying again.0

I'm convinced that having friends / family for support helps a great deal. My coworker and I keep each other motivated to do our daily walking - and while it isn't much, it's certainly more than we WERE doing.0

Congrats on your 11 pounds! I've lost 21 pounds and I have 149 left to go. Started at 330 pounds and I need to be at 160 pounds. It took me about 3 months but I wasn't being too aggressive like my husband was and he lost 54 pounds. I am currently starting to get back into exercise though. Feel free to add me. Let's do this!0

I just recently joined MFP- did the 17 day diet before and eventually got stuck and weaned myself back onto other foods. I am down 40 lbs since I began January 2012 (ok- I fell off the wagon a few times!) I have a lot to lose yet but my current goal is 60 more pounds and then we'll see...0
