My TDEE seems to vary from about 2,400 - 2,800 depending on the calculator I use. I would say that I probably eat around that much. Some days a little more, some days a little less. Thanks, this was very helpful. So in short, the best way to go would be getting my maintenance calories back up, and then from there, seeing how my body reacts to decide how much I need to eat?

I don't lift weights at the moment, but I was thinking about starting soon. I don't want a very muscular physique, nor would it be beneficial to me, but some extra strength would probably do wonders. I was told that approximately 2600 would be needed to maintain, but that was a very rough estimate.
