I had a bump when I got my industrial piercing. They are actually quite normal. Apply the tea tree oil and try to avoid touching it and changing it so much. Cartilage piercings can take a while to heal and you have to be gentle with them.

I've done weight watchers and it doesn't work well for my training schedule ( Marathons) but I know a lot of people who have done it and do really well. What about working out in the morning or going for a walk on your lunch break? More than likely if you are too tired to go out and exercise, you aren't going to exercise at home either. But if you think you will, you can always start with workout videos.

Go for a walk. And not with the idea of burning calories but to clear your mind. See if you can pinpoint what lead you to doing this. I've prepped little batches a day in advance. But all you're doing for PB2 is mixxing 2 tbsp mix and water, its really a simple activity even if you're on the go. If you don't like doing the activity then pick up some "Better than Peanut Butter" or pre-portion out little packets of it.

Running shoes are supposed to be a half size larger than normal to account for swelling in the feet during activity. Also, socks - good running socks ( I prefer Balega) Are amazing.
