Have you seen anyone for your eating disorders? I have a combo of Bulimia and Binge eating, further aggravated by manic depression and PMDD. I have fought these issues for about 15 years and in the last year decided to seek help. I hate to say it but just tracking is not enough while working through these. You need a team…

I take 40mg of Prozac and was prescribed it to help control my EDs, one being binge eating disorder. It supresses my appetite but mentally stabilizes me enough to control impulses.

White Wine Spritzer! You can use any wine topped with club soda or diet sprite. You can freeze berries to use as ice cubes too! If you like vodka - Moscow Mules are pretty friendly. Vodka, Ginger Beer and Fresh lime and a personal favorite :)

Clearly most of these things are beyond her capacity at the moment. However, she asked about pace - i provided information on how pace is improved. She has a lot of things she needs to do but she can't do it without the information. You also don't need to complete a 5k to do a tempo run.
-
Well your first problem is you are skipping leg day. You need to strength train your legs once a week to keep them strong and safe from injury. Strength training in addition to tempo runs will help improve your pace. Also, if the pain is in your calfs, it means your hips and glutes are weak. You calf is used to stabalize…

When you first start balancing your life, water weight can come off relatively quickly and then your body balances out and you either plateau or gain a small amount. Don't let it stress you its only a pound. Weight loss is not Linear.

I'm on nuva ring and use it to skip my period but still go through the symptoms. However, as a small chested lady - I enjoy the swollen tits! :D *Boob Envy*

It happens to me right before I get my period. Every month, without fail. That could be it if you notice its happening regularly. Also, you could be bored, stressed or emotional. Its good to eat at maintenance every couple of weeks while dieting, so for me I make that week during my crazy appetite weeks and still lose…

One of the mentalities that I fight with - is that healthy seems so far off. I am looking to lose 40 lbs and at .5-1lb a week, which is healthy and worth celebrating, my big moment seems like it will never come and I am faced with the mentality that I will have to eat this way forever. This occurs about once a month - and…

If he did, it would probably be much faster than 6 mins. Now Dennis Kimetto runs a 4:41 pace for a marathon - that guy is awesome. Be his buddy.

Everyone has given you great advice on extending mileage, adding track work outs as well as tempo runs on longer runs. But you also need to do cross training. Runners often neglect this part but you need to develop your other muscles as well to support a faster run. Swimming and biking are both great alternates.…

I take a lot of flak for being vegetarian but I always tell people, " I don't question your food choices, don't question mine" YOu don't need to explain anything.
-
So here is the most unbiased opinion I can provide. I've never been a fan of workout programs or beach body type gimmicks but I broke my foot in the middle of training for my fall marathon about a month ago. With a broken foot you can do virtually nothing except swim if you have an understanding doctor. To go from high…

Oh since you cancelled one profile out of your 1000's, that allows you to make the same post again? HOnestly, if you want the attention just unlock your diary again. That was some fun reading, much more than reading about your job issues that you haven't done anything about months later.
-
I just went through your diary and you consume a lot of high calorie, high sodium, high sugar, overly processed food. As long as you are in a calorie deficit you can have these things but are probably underestimating them. Get a scale, have smaller portions of favorite items and pair with a salad or veggie. Its all about…

Side stitches are normal and happen all the time. Be careful in how you time your eating and excessive drinking as that can be a common cause. To fix the stitch without stopping your run, apply pressure to the stitch with a hand and breath deep for aboout 10-30 seconds, and it will quickly start to go away. Also, reassess…

Fabletics - its kate hudson's line and its fantastic. Its $50 a month membership which gets you an outfit (top, bottom, sports bra, jacket, head band, etc.) You either select your outfit or skip the payment until the next month. You can buy individual pieces too. But the quality is awesome and I was spending $50 on leggings…

I'm right about there but I literally cook every single meal and don't eat out. I also split my groceries between 3 spots since they are so incredibly expensive here.

beautiful family!

Just happened to me back in June! Except I went off for about a month! Don't feel bad about it otherwise you will just perpetuate the vicious cycle. Just take your time and get back on top of it!

I really like your approach so you and your husband both get what you want, this is a great idea!

BOOM. Exactly! She thought because she goes unnoticed making negative comments, nagging on other people and simply commenting how she doesn't seem to like a damn thing in the world that she would be able to make a thread in the same manner. Now she can't handle that people don't like her attitude.

Have you tried playing with your foods? Not just the time but the combos? Also, what conditions are you running in? Extreme heat? If so- are you covering your head? Are you fueling properly in the days before? Hydrating enough? Have you tried bringing gels/chomps with you?

My dog! Australian Stumpy tail! Yes that is her real breed name - a tail-less pooch pie!

I would swap the ginger butter sauce for peanut sauce, but yes. Pretzel M & Ms
