You really have to try to stop weighing in so often. Once a week is more than enough. Make sure it is in the morning before food or drink. It can become addicting and make you crazy!!

You should not be on a "diet". You should be on a lifestyle change that you can live with for life. I did not realize that when I first started. Otherwise, I would not have chosen the screen name that I have. You need to focus on being healthy, not just losing weight.

I am 5'4" and small framed. I cannot imagine eating less than the 1200 cals/per day. I think anything less would leave me hungry and frustrated. However, I do exercise regularly. Are you on a regular workout routine? What about fruits and veggies? Are you eating enough of those a day?

I go to Curves. I started about 2 years ago. But it wasn't until they started offering Zumba classes that my workout started to show. It is a good place to start, but you need more than just the circuit to get a good work out.
