HEART RATE MONITOR/ZUMBA
I have been doing Zumba sincer January and am having great results. Last week I decided to buy a heart rate monitor. I have worn it twice to Zumba and I am only burning 150 calories a work out!!! I really thought it would be more than that. Is any one else wearing a HRM to Zumba? What results are you getting?

Goal weight achieved!!!
I did it!!! I hit my goal weight today. 162 to 134 lbs. I took 5 months. I have to say the time did go fast. Cloths size from 10-12 to 4-6. Now the maintaining phase. I am 1.2 lbs away from my goal weight. I just went into tools and calculated my BMR. I am currently eating 1200 cals/day. I rarely eat back any excersice cals I burn. I have been losing 1-2 lbs/week. Question for those who have met their goal weight
I'm about 5 lbs away from my goal weight. I am hoping to hit it by Memorial Day weekend. What frightens me is maintaining the weight. When you hit your goal, does MFP automatically tell you how many more cals to eat? Do I need to research a plan before I reach my goal weight? What have you done to maintain?

I won the Biggest Loser contest at work
I did it!!! I won the Biggest Loser contest at work. I was so excited!! Not for the money or the "bragging rights". But because I achieved!!! My new goal, to lose my last few pounds and keep it off.
