I joined My Fitness Pal early February, but just started using it about a week ago. I am glad I did. I am really enjoying reading the posts and learning great tips. This morning was the first I sent a reply when the topic was Zumba. I have become an addict.

I told myself this was the year I was going to really lose the weight, not just talk about it. I have a long term goal, but my short term goal was to be a certain weight by 3/5. I am 1.5 lbs away from that goal. But I am not going to let that bring me down, as long as I am losing every week, I am winning.
