This story really reinforces my thoughts that any of us can be succeptible to gaining the weight back if we're not extremely diligent. It's never over, its a lifelong battle. Ive yo-yo'd from 155 at age 18 (starved wrestler) to 240 at 24 then back to 188 at 26 and back to 230 at 38 and many in between.

Some people eat back the calories, some don't. Unless you are A: Starving or B: seeing awesome results I wouldnt eat back the calories as often they are grossly overestimated. When you exercise then you are forcing your body to actually burn fat once your glycogen levels are depleted....seems dumb to eat back that work.

One thing I would recommend is stretch really well and take it easy. Listen to your body. If somethign feels OFF do NOT run through it. I did and got plantar fasciitis...which is a fancy way of saying I didnt stretch, ran in the cold, and tore my arch in my foot.

Water weight is usually a TEMPORARY state that resolves itself. Try eating a ton of salt on your meals and weigh yourself the next day youll be bloated up with water weight. Its not permanent lol.

I really enjoy a non-pc, HONEST response on this site. This-and don't hog a station. Its very annoying to see someone screwing around, sitting on a machine or bench in between sets hogging it when there are people waiting. As a guy I love seeing women lifting freeweights.
