  • Yep. And if I precook 2 or 3 chicken breast and cut into chunks, or get split breast and cook and debone to use all week, how am I going to weigh that raw. I just look for the food log to tell me....baked, fried, raw...whatever my case may be at the time.

  • LOL. If I was logging my sex calories it would be ZERO for the last 3 1/2 years. I can not, however, give up chocolate as easily as sex. And, I never will give up chocolate. It isn't really hindering my progress as long as it is within my calorie limit for the day.
