Finished W2D2 today. 2/3 of the way through I was like....NO. But, at that point with only 2 more intervals I did it and kept on walking after that to hit one hour and 3.3 miles. I'm still just trying not to look at the following weeks...lol. Now I have to find stretches that work for me! I was stiff last time and I'm…

My last weigh in was at 231. I am now ready for Week 2 Day 2 of the Couch 2 5K. I am doing the treadmill version because I don't want to be out in the cold and snow. I also don't have anything I can load the app on to do it outdoors at the moment and be happy tracking my timings. I am loving it. Don't know how many weeks…

Congratulations.

Congratulations! Sometimes it is slow going, but look at the overall picture. Great job!

Great job! I say whatever works for you as long as you are getting healthier and happier! It sounds like you have doctor supervision and you are increasing back to a normal level and adding exercise, so that is good. Good luck with your next 1/2.

Good job sticking to it!

Congrats! Great job.

Congrats. I just finished W2D1. Ok...I am so not trying to think of that too! :p But, we can do this!!!

Great job. I will start week 2 on Friday. It feels good doesn't it? I just try not to be scared because I have resolved that I'll do it until I get it no matter how many weeks it takes! I'm going slow...walk 3.3-3.5 and my run is 4.7-5 (whimp and doing mine on treadmill). Depends on how I feel during it. I just keep it in…

Awesome. And, everyone always looks soooo much happier in the after pictures lol!

Congratulations! Can't wait to hear about your graduation!

You should friend Chanti1620. She just had a baby and maintained her loss of over 100 throughout. She's very inspirational and would welcome you and your questions.

Me too! I had been going pretty steady for months. I never expected to lose weight, I had resolved I'd be fat the rest of my life since anything I ever tried never worked...starvation, fad diets, deprivation, exercise. But, I wanted to be in better shape so I wouldn't have to start taking medicine for high blood pressure…

Made it through W1D2 and it felt good. However, that was Friday night, and haven't been able to get any time since spin class Saturday morning to get D3 in. It's very encouraging seeing everyone's progress. Some very awesome accomplishments.

I totally get it and I can't wait to put on a pair that is not wide calf and zip them up!!! Congratulations! Well done! A great NSV to have!

I will be following you. I am doing W1D2 tomorrow.

I need to disagree with that nurse because just this week I had this conversation with my daughter's pediatrician. My daughter goes daily but it is a lot...huge amount, and not forcing it out either. This is a sign of constipation. You are clearing out about 8 inches of your colon, but it is still full further up. Her…

DVD players play CDs...so I'd put in something that revs me up and makes me go. One thing about starting this is the on and off right now for walk/jog that it makes the time fly for me (Ok I just finished W1D1...lol but any interval trainings go fast for me.)

Hi. It's cold out so I decided to start it with the pdf for the treadmill. I looked it over and went to the gym...and got home to realize I did way better than was requested. I did the 5 minute warm up then I did one on and one off from minute 5 thru 26. I ended up doing 11 minutes of the jogging instead of the recommended…

There was another post similar to this. I'll post the same answer. 5K eat and eat nap play cards Black Friday <3 (And never stuffing...I can't eat stuffing the spice combinations do not agree with me...just always been that way.)

If I have a yogurt a day for 4 or 5 days then my bloating goes down. And, let's talk about poop...yeah it makes me regular and never constipated. But, I think the bloat is better because I get way more gassy. If I miss a day of eating yogurt though it's like starting over for me. I just can't keep with it. And sometimes…

If I waited for motivation I'd never work out. Motivation does not have my address, won't call or text and will not willingly knock on my door. I've never met motivation and unsure if I ever will. Schedule it in like work, make it a habit, and just do it.

LOL...TOM TOM TOM TOM TOM TOM TOM TOM TOM. :D

Awesome job Great way to share your story through photos. I can't wait to be comfortable to play at Sky Zone instead of just watching my daughter.

I almost always make two meals. I have a very stubborn picky 10 year old. If we ate the same things I'd sure be gaining eating what she likes or with my choices she would be losing but crying and throwing a fit the whole time. We have things in common we like and that's great when we have the same thing. No, it doesn't…

Me - and by no means what anyone else has to do. I skip breakfast or have just a light Greek yogurt. It's important for me to concentrate on protein to keep me feeling full. Therefore lunch would be something like string cheese wrapped in a few ounces of sliced turkey breast. Then even if you have 4 plates...which you…

I make better choices but will never say anything is off limits. I know some of my past weight loss failures were because I restricted what I could have whether it was carbs or sugar or fried foods. It's made a huge difference in my mindset.
