I do cardio 3 days a week (stair climber, ellipitcal, Cybrex, treadmill, track, abs routine) 3 days of week strength training ( Tuesday toning legs day, Thursday upper body day, Friday legs heavy/bulking) I train abs 5 days a week hardcore

No secret, just hard work! Eating right, exercising hard 5 days a week, drinking plenty of water, and small portions of food (4 ounce portions)

What some people don't know is that you must choose wisely when buying protein drinks. Some are for bulking you up but others are for recovering muscles after a workout and healthy fuel in between meals. I use Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (lactose free) and that won't bulk you

lmao....The second pic of weights was 155 lbs but I can squat 185 max as long as I have a spotter. Thanks you all so much for checking me out. MFP rocks:wink:
