I hate how bland brown rice is so I put some steak sauce on it to give it more flavor while still being healthy. A1 sauce is extremely low in cals.

You are not bulking when you are lifting weight unless you are lifting heavy. You can tone and define by using small dumbells, and using just the bar with no weight on them, and I could go on for days but just saying that lifting weights doesn't necessarily mean that you are bulking!

I agree with this! If you want different results, then you got to do something different. The same things will get you the same things you are still having problems with (no weight loss)

You could try deep tissue massaging, eating more protein after a workout with-in 45mins and time is all unless you feel the need to add pain meds for it!

The best thing I say you can do is workout because that sweats out the cold! I've done it before so now I swear by it=)

lol... I totally get it but my trainer is a body builder so it all about form when it comes to him! This is a pic of him from his first show 2 yrs ago when he first started out but he is much more defined all over, his thighs are huge now, and he is training for his next show in March or April.

I can go deeper but my PT didn't want me going that deep because I didn't have a spotter for the picture. But I do agree with you on deep squat which he is trying to get my form perfected. I'm just scared :(

Thanks you two! Well I can go a bit deeper than that but my PT like to spot me when I do it so that's as far as he lets me squat while taking pics of me. I can actually squat 185 right now and Friday I'm going for 200 which is gonna be my max. I'm only trying to make my glutes stand out more
