I was on 1200 cals until I met my goal weight. I never ate my burned calories back and I lost my weight (18 lbs) within 2 1/2 months. Because you are supposed to eat every three hours, I could never fit in more food cause I wasn't hungry.

Don't do it babe! Losing that type of weight so quick must mean that your friend isn't getting adequate nutrition. You are doing just fine. The weight will come off!

I have 8ounces of water when I wake, before each meal (5meals) and after a meal. That should keep you from thinking about food because you be stuffed and full of water! lol..... sometimes, I can't even eat all those meals in a day. Oh, and I chew Extra Sugar Free chocolate mint gum and that keeps me away from sweets.

So so true! You body tends to hold on to the water that you have when you not drinking enough so you will start to get bloated!

I use Whey Isolate vanilla protein shake. You can drink it before and It's important to have some after because your muscles need to recoup after a workout out and Protein provides that. I put frozen blueberries and strawberries in my shake and it's wonderful.

All I can tell you is to drink 8ounces ten minutes before and another right after. Eat to not be hungry, not to be full!
