I did 5 different cardio machines at the gym for a mile on each and ran a mile. I did this 6 days a week and I was on a strict diet containing absolutely no fast foods except for small chili or a baked plain potato from Wendy's. Only whole grain and wheat bread and rice, lean meats like fish, chicken breast, or sirloin…

Cardio, cardio, cardio! I can't stress that enough. You can only lose belly fat and other stubborn fat by cardio and plenty of water. You can look at my pictures on my profile and see. Good luck to you :)

Thanks for the information! I am so sure that that's not the case (rubbing nipples) It doesn't feel like surface pain. It's like if you were on your period or your pregnant which it's neither of those.

Well I noticed that as I got older my breast volume started to go away. I bought boobs to fix that problem. Now that I've lost weight they look even better. :smile: Good luck to you hun!
