Baked potatoes always keep me full. Just don't put a whole lot of butter on it! Oatmeal too is always something that will keep you full. You are working out more and your body is asking for more nutrition.

Yes I did that it Fredericks of Hollywood! I told my dude that I would be banging in that dress and he surprised me with it on Christmas with it. The only problem was that I had so much back fat and my stomach was huge and I vowed not to wear it until I lost the weight and here we are:laugh:

I remember not caring if I had milk and food stains on my shirt because what was the point of changing it when it was gonna put right back on in like ten minutes! I miss those days:laugh:

I ate 1200 cals of lean mean (fish, chicken, sirloin beef) no fast food, veggies and fruit and most of all I hit the gym 6days a week and stayed until I burned 650 cals a day! It was a total of 7weeks tops. Now I'm trying to get myself to eat 1500 to maintain but I'm used to only eating 1200. I'm shaping my body now but…

In lots of the food we eat, we get a sufficient amount of what we need all ready. You may be giving yourself too much of a certain vitamin I would go to the Dr. and have some blood drawn to see if certain levels are too high!

No you do not have to eat you burned cals back. I ate my usual 1200 and maybe if I wanted something else to eat I did. I lost weight and in a short amount of time too. :wink:

I burn about 400cals but It's about cals burned anymore. I workout to sculpted my body now and doing that burns cals!
