How are you doing now that is has been thing long out?
-
How are you now that you aren't on it anymore? I am on day four and now that I have been reading more, everyone that has come off it has seemed to gain it all right back.
-
Thanks for sharing! I am in Knoxville too
-
I will look into it. I have never heard of West Life here.

Welcome! The 30th will be my one month and I have lost 6 pounds so far!
-
Is it something you can try and slowly cut back on dosage to "ween" off of it? Maybe your body will still act the same since you have been on it for awhile.

Wow, Chrissy! 33 pounds is amazing. I have lost 6 now. The 30th will be a month of me on the medicine. Not bad I don't think. 2 pounds a week is pretty steady loss. I'm up to my 2.4 dose as of Wednesday. I never got sick until I got to the 1.8 dose. I threw up quite a bit on that level and I tried drinking and it made me…

Update, I have lost 4 pounds now. My body was holding onto it I guess.
-
I haven't gotten nausea except when I tried to eat too much one time. Knock on wood it stays that way as I move up in dosage.
-
Today I bumped up from my first week on .6 to the next section. I weighed myself and I haven't lost anything yet. I was really shocked and kinda disappointed.
-
I just finished my first week on .6 and bumped up today. I can tell where I was adjusted to it a little better yesterday because I was actually hungry. Today since I bumped up, I have barely eaten. However, I weighed myself this morning and I haven't lost anything. I was surprised!
-
I am on my third day. Haven't really eaten that much. Which I know is the point but I am only able to nibble at stuff.
-
I did my first dose today with my doctor around 11 am but my thought process is take it when I get home from work because that's normally when I am the most hungry and that's when it will hit the strongest. What do yall think?

I am excited to see yall doing so well! I was working out ALL THE TIME and took off about 14 pounds in 9 months. I moved and changed my whole life and now I gained back about 8 of that. I wanted to try this because I love working out but it was really all I did. I am hoping to gain a little more balance in my life. Plus I…

Mine highly encouraged to stay at the dosage until its time to bump up because you want it to be slow and steady so ultimately you reach your goal weight and can come off. She said once I reach where I want to be, I can start lowering doses and come off of it. Hopefully I will have "trained" myself by then portion control…

I am new too, just started today. Everyone seems to have positive things to say except some side effects at first.
-
Just had my first dose today. I have really struggled getting the weight off so I am excited to see if this is what finally helps me.

Love her hair!

You have to make sure both yours and theirs are set to visible to friends. If you go to settings and then diary settings you can change it pretty easily :)
-
If I am hungry late at night, I drink a full cup of water. If I drink all that and are still hungry, I grab fruit or popcorn. Most of the time I find I am just thirsty. Sometimes I drink a glass of milk too.
-
I cant imagine eating that much protein in a day! I struggle with mine sometimes without going over in everything else.
-
I count my rest time also.
-
Good luck!

Feel free to add me!

Macros are calories, just a more accurate way to count them. Especially if you weigh everything out.
-
I just was thinking the same thing! Macros are calories. Plus labels aren't super accurate anyways which is why I weigh everything.
-
The zesty doesn't but they sweet part sounds good! I am going to try that!
-
Icecream! Although, since I plan my whole day out ahead of time, I put the icecream in first and plan my whole day around it. No shame.

I never worry about what the calories say. I eat to make sure my macros hit my numbers. If you hit your macros on point, then your calories should pretty much even out.
