Unfortunately, my doc wants to keep the records. WalkingAlong, if you scroll to the bottom of your diary pages, there is a food log report button. One would think it is in the Reports tab, but nope.

Thanks. I guess I wasn't clear. I mean tracking in the sense that 1 serving of carbs is 15 grams. So I can only have for example, 8 carb servings a day, 5 fat servings and 9 protein servings. I think some of the Weight Watchers programs work like this. Also, a lot of diabetics use a system like this. Aster

When you work out in the morning, your body better utilizes the metabolism burst. You have more active hours for it to be effective. When you work out at night, your body works against you to calm you down into sleep mode, so you don't get those extra hours of hyped up metabolism. At least that is what "they" say :)

They work within limits. You have to still look up the food and most have a fairly limited dbase, maybe 1000 foods. And I don't believe they let you add more.

Diet sodas affect different people different ways. I gave it up a couple of months ago and now drink mostly crystal light or water. I needed to get rid of the caffeine.
