  • ok, that's what I thought and I've always counted my calories, but then I heard about that other post where people were saying that they rarely counted the calories in veggies and it made me question what I've been doing.   • It does for a while, but your body will get used to taking in that much water and you will eventually not have to pee as much! When you're peeing that much, it's because the water is flushing out the toxins in your body! Just give it some time! Good Luck!:flowerforyou:

  • I don't know how rollerblading would effect your knees and back, but I love doing that! and you can go outside and it's a lot easier to keep going, because you have more interesting things around you... Hope it helps!:flowerforyou:

  • Oh I know! I love it here! I'm just trying to figure out how many calories I've burned rollerblading... MFP says 707 in 30 min, which seems like a lot! I tried fitwatch.com and it says 740 cals in 30 min which seems kind of high. I'm wondering how accurate these numbers are if anyone knows.
