Ok, so I finally did it! I went 7 days straight eating right and exercising 6 days! I met ALL of my goals for the week! I've never done this before and I've been trying for 9 months! I think this time is the time! Thanks for this wonderful website! :happy:

Last Week was horrible for me! I didn't exercise at all and then I went on vacation this past weekend and didn't track anything I ate! I've resolved to start fresh today, but I need some extra encouragement, because my stomach is calling to me to feed it like I've been feeding it! :frown:

I'm happy to say that I've lost another 2 lbs. and between 1/4 to 1/2 inch on pretty much everything (I know, not a lot, but I think it's progress) and I know it's because of strength from a power outside of myself and the wonderful motivation of everyone on this site! Calories?
This may sound like a really stupid question, but are we supposed to eat all of our calories including the ones that they give us for working out? Will we not lose if we're not eating our calories down to "0"?
