  • I use cardio trainer- its a really good app and logs ur progress, how many miles/ kilometers you've run, time you ran it in, calories burnt etc. I found it useful when training for my 5k last year and will be using it again this year. xx
  • I think everyone needs a visual motivation as well as the just getting healthy bit! You can't really see your insides getting healthier (that would be pretty gross) so we look 2 other visual motivators and i think its fine to do that :o) Mine is my college prom dress- i havent worn it since i was 17 and i want to wear it…

  • If you really hate it buy a Wii fit or Just Dance. You can workout in the privacy of your own home and they actually work. I got a really good one called Your Shape which tailors a programme for u. It comes with a camera and scans your body and tells you which areas to focus on and gives u a workout based on that.
