  • I made a conscious effort to notice my breathing and to follow her as she instructed us to breathe in and out. Interestingly, I actually felt more energized doing some of the exercises especially the bicycle crunches at the end. I feel really good about that :)
  • The arm raises are a definite killer......but the thrill of completing eases the pain.
