Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Considering your limitations, I would suggest getting in a pool. I would think your inability to move is the prime reason why things don't change for you. Perhaps it might not be too difficult to shake things up by simply bouncing in the water.

I got what doctors would call an athritic hip. I have a hard time bringing my left leg up and placing my left angle on my right knee. I googled the zero runner and all the images I found show that during a stride, the bottom of the foot faces directly behind you. I agree, I think I can keep good habits now but could not do it when I was younger. I have a lot of friends on mfp who are young and trying hard, but some of them will probably not be posting in a few months because they have too much to deal with.

I understand metabolism slows down, but eating at a deficit will lose you weight regardless of metabolism. I think that metabolism was harder to deal with when I was younger, now that I don't have one. Surprised to hear you say that after what you have accomplished.

If you feel unhealthy, you are probably not eating good food. This app didn't work for me until I stopped eating foods filled with processed sugar and started eating vegetables fruit nuts and protein. I don't think it is about eating less, it is about eating better. Feel free to add me if that sounds good.

Went to a Super Bowl party and had a no log day. There was a plate of ziti with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Haven't eaten that in forever. Now I remember why. Must of had 4 plates. Trying to forget how good it was.

I like all food and if I don't eat enough calories, I am liable to eat anything. For me it is not about disliking the foods I avoid, it is about getting satisfied without them.
