Totally agree...juicing is the way to go. Throw in some celery, romaine lettuce & spinach and you're good to go!!!

I just started running as well and have discovered the treadmill is a good work-out AND is easier on my joints. And even though I do an adequate warm-up, pounding outdoor pavements bothers my knees. Do what you feel is comfortable. Both indoor & outdoor running produce results and that's what counts! Good luck to you!!!

I am 5'7", age 46 and cas of today 152.5 lbs. I allow myself 1250 calories a day and most days I do not use my calories burned from exercise. I do allow myself some "wiggle room" when out with friends but most days I stick to my daily allowance.

My Trainer, who has fabulous abs, swears by his mantra...Cardio, Cardio & more Cardio! I have noticed a big difference in my abs since I bumped up my cardio to 6 days a week.
