In three months I would ideally like to lose 25 pounds! I just need to remain focused and I think I can accomplish my goal. Anything is possible!

Hummus and tomatoes, 100 cal popcorn, apple, grapes, peanut butter on bread or tortilla

I've lost about 6 pounds since the beginning of January. I have been really slacking on staying under my calorie goal so I am not surprised I've only lost 6.

I don't know how or if you can change it. But I agree it is very annoying! I just make a "food note" and write what my new calorie goal is so if I look back I will know that my goal was lowered and NOT that I went over my calories.

I'm at a 19.4 pound loss and it has taken about 11 weeks.
