Actually it is illegal to trade burned copies. I should know, I was sued for copyright infringement once. It's not fun and VERY expensive :-(

I just ordered (and received) the Biggest Loser Bust and Tummy shaper. It does roll up a bit but if you can tuck it into your jeans it works really well!

I second that. Stick with it! And if you're just starting out be sure to take a before shot of your stomach (and whatever angles you want to track). Some say it could be your shoes are too tight. For me it was because I am short and have short arms and have to lean forward slightly to hold on to the handles. Which was putting pressure on my toes. I turned the foot rests around so that I can scoot forward more and get my feet under me. It has helped greatly!

Some of the cheaper ellipticals (which I have) don't have a very comfortable stride. When I first started I could only do 5 minutes. I just took it slow and tried to do a little more each day. Now I'm up to 40 minutes at 50 RPM. I could go longer but I'm also doing Power 90 so I try not to wear myself out too much. :wink:

I have Power 90 on VHS (if anyone actually owns a VCR anymore ;-) I'm not finished with them yet but when I am I'd be happy to exchange, sell or even loan them to someone.

I'm just finishing week 2. It's really not too bad so far. The jumping and hopping is tough for me (big boobs) but I love the kicking and punching! :happy: As for if it works or not....we'll see!

I didn't really see results until the end of level 2 and beginning of level 3. Don't give up, it pays off in the end!

Before I turned the foot rests around I noticed that if I turned my feet outward so that my toes hung over the edge it would help the numbness. It also felt like it was working my inner thighs!

I realize there may be multiple reasons for toes going numb but if you're a shorty like me you might try it. If it doesn't work for you it's not hard to switch the foot rests back.

I don't think it's anyone else's business...but mine is hidden because I eat junk sometimes and sometimes I don't eat very much at all and don't want people griping at me ;-)

I'm 5'2 with calories set at 1200 but I usually only end up eating 900 of those, even with exercise.

My HRM said I burned around 400 calories but that seemed high to me to I cut it in half. I'd rather under estimate than over estimate.

Oh Depo is horrible! When I got a new gyno he REFUSED to continue me with the shot and suggested I try Nuva Ring. I tried it for a while but it kept falling out ;-0 Only thing that worked for me was a vasectomy (for my husband of course ;-)

I have heard that if you have too much protein and your muscles aren't using all of it then it will turn to fat. But that is only what I've heard, nothing to back it up.
