Check Ebay, sometimes they have 'flawed' ones on there cheaper. Like the sizing might be wrong or there's a minor defect. I got mine on Ebay for $38 and I can't even tell what the 'flaw' is. My HRM usually says I burned twice as much as my machine says so I normally go with the machine. I'd hate to over estimate and think I need to eat all those calories!

The sumo squats that Jillian does in level 3 of the 30 Day Shred feel like they're working that area. They're killer!

Definitely get an Enell bra (it's what the Biggest Loser ladies wear). I was a 44F when I got my first one and it worked beautifully!

I wouldn't say level 3 is easier. In fact I think it's WAY harder! I think people might say it's easier because they've already completed levels 1 and 2 and have built up some muscle and endurance throughout.

The only thing I don't like about level 3 is the SUMO SQUATS! Yuck!

I think you will get better even if you're doing them incorrectly. I know when I started I didn't do ANY of the exercises correctly but once I built up some endurance I was able to focus more on doing the moves just as they are in the video.

I do 30 minutes of elliptical in addition to the Shred. I have lost about 4 pounds. Not sure how many inches but my clothes are fitting much better!

I just started level 3 and while I feel like I SHOULD have done each level more than 10 days... I got bored, so I moved on. I think you should stay at level 1 for as long as you need to! I'll probably go back at some point and do it all again until I feel like I've mastered the advanced moves instead of the modified…

I just started level 3 and so far I've only lost about 4 pounds. What else did you do during that time? Did you do any other cardio? I do 30 minutes on the elliptical also but I may have to add more to see results!

Not necessarily a weight loss drug but I use Jack3d for energy to complete my workouts. It's great! Now I'm trying Turbo Blast from GNC.

Oh ya, I find myself doing that. I actually ended up with 1800 calories left over at the end of today. But I'm not hungry so I don't plan on eating them.
