I'm short (5'2) with short legs and am on Week 5 of Couch 2 5K. My walk is 3.0 mph and run is 4.0 to 4.5. I know that's very slow but I also know I will get better as time goes on.

I've had some success with Lipo 6 Black. It's a great appetite suppressant but not sure how much caffeine it has. I'm kind of immune to caffeine so it doesn't affect me too much ;-) I also like Amino Energy for a pick me up. (but yes, it does have caffeine)

I don't know much about it but my sister did Ideal Protein and lost around 40 pounds.

Unfortunately I live in the middle of nowhere so internet is hard to come by. We ended up having to buy an AT&T Hotspot. $50 a month for 5GB. Not a great deal but we don't have much choice. TV comes from antenna here Whoopie!

I know 'diet pills' are usually frowned upon but I believe that if you're willing to put in the work then something to help give you that little push to keep going is not so bad. With that said I want to recommend Lipo 6 Black for Her. I have no affiliation with the company, just a little experience. I've taken just about…

I've recently started taking Lipo 6 Black for Her. It's marketed as a fat burner. Not sure how effective it is at burning fat but I do know it suppresses my appetite so I consider that worth it! Started it Saturday and already lost 2.5 pounds (and that's with no exercise)

I have the Walmart Gold's Gym elliptical and I hate it! I love the one at the fitness center but don't get to go much.

Crystal light is my drink of choice now that I'm trying to quit diet soda. What is your alternative?

My HRM gives me about double the reading that My Fitness Pal says so I normally go with My Fitness Pal.

I'm in that slump right now (and have been at times in the past) and I find the only thing that motivates me is weight loss. But I can't lose any weight if I'm not motivated to work out and eat right! It's a catch 22!

I found the discs on Ebay for $35!

I did start with P90 and from the beginning it didn't seem hard enough. Don't want to make it sound like it was easy but I didn't feel like I was burning a good amount of calories. Level 3-4 is a better burn but I thought what the hey and jumped right to P90X. Make no mistake, it KICKS MY BUTT, but I'm lovin' the hurt LOL

Not sure if it's helped me lose weight but it gives me energy and suppresses my appetite.

I just started so I don't have any advice (sorry  ) but wanted to reply so I can come back to it later and read the comments!

Those were my thoughts too. That stuff is darn expensive and I need to just suck it up learn to eat more healthy, natural foods to get my protein.
