Not losing weight, gaining muscle....whatever!
I always hear people say, oh if you're not losing weight you must be gaining muscle, etc. But fit women DON'T weigh 212 pounds! So if I gain muscle but never lose weight that doesn't make me fit! Water...YUCK!
This may be surprising but I RARELY drink water. I can go MONTHS without drinking a single sip of water. Or I could before I started exercising. I realize how unhealthy this is and I'm determined to change my bad habits but have any of you found yourselves not drinking water for long periods of time?

Timex t5g981 WAY off

Timex 1440 HRM
I bought a Timex 1440 heart rate monitor today. I got it on sale for $20 (reg. $49) so I didn't really research it or anything, I just grabbed it. Thing is the watch doesn't turn on. It has a battery in it but I'm guessing it's dead? Can I change this battery myself or do I have to take it to a 'professional'?

Claritin-D = No appetite?
I take Claritin D for allergies and notice that when I take it I don't feel hungry. I would never suggest that someone take it for the purpose of losing weight but is there anyone here that takes it for allergies and notices a difference in their appetite? LeAnn
