I use Jack3D for energy. It works great but makes my skin crawl sometimes if I'm sitting still. If I'm working out when the tingles hit then it actually feels kind of good!

I don't have a treadmill but I looked into it for my 6ft 6 husband. He wanted something sturdy enough to run on and it looks like Sole is the best brand. I'll try to find some reviews that I have looked at.

Definitely Enell sports bra! THEEE best!

Pizza rolls, an entire bag/box....UGH!

Ok cool. I just bought these because they were cheap and I wanted to try it out before spending a bunch of money. If I like it I'll splurge and get the new DVDs when they come out.
-
I probably should have asked this BEFORE I purchased but I found the VHS version on Ebay and I was just wondering if it's the same as the DVD or if the DVD is an updated version? EDIT: This is what I bought (you'll have to copy and paste)…

Sounds good, I think I'll try it. I already work out about an hour a day 6 days a week so the length of time shouldn't be a problem. It will probably be hard but I'm excited to try it!

Also it makes you hungry. They've done studies on this but I can only go on my own experience and my experience says it's true. If there is junk food in the house I won't eat it unless there is a DDP to go with it. That's not really a conscious choice, it just doesn't sound good without a DDP.

I'm a long-time Diet Dr. Pepper addict. I've read about the dangers of aspartame, caffeine, etc. but when you're an addict none of that stuff matters. I've tried to quit several times but failed. I notice the only thing that curbs my cravings is exercise. And that is because I crave water when I've been working out. And…

Also if you're worried about the impact on your joints then get an elliptical. It burns twice the calories of a stationery bike in less time. But if you get one invest a little money in it and don't get the Walmart brand. That's what I have and I hate it! I've tried out some more expensive ellipticals in the store and they…

I've done a little research on the topic and it looks like a treadmill would be a better workout. Problem is most of the cheap treadmills cannot hold up to a runners pace. They're mostly made for walking or slow jogging. Sole is a good brand for runners but usually over the $1000 mark.

My husband shoots both a compound and a recurve and unless you and your husband have the same draw length I doubt you would be able to shoot the same bow.

Nope, when I go to sleep I'm dead to the world! The scale not being on a flat surface may be the problem too. I'll have to check that.
-
Normally it's about a pound and a half difference between the first morning weigh in and the second morning weigh in. I guess it could be my scale. Maybe I need to change the battery? I never thought of that.
-
Ah, that could be it. I do snack at night sometimes but from now on I'll have to pay attention and see if that's the cause. Thanks for the idea!

I've tried that but I just can't stay away that long! If I get on the scale and it's more then I know to watch what I eat that day. No I don't starve myself because the scale says I gained. I just think about what I'm eating a little more than I would normally and try to choose healthier options. I think that if weighing…

Only thing is I weigh MORE in the morning until I've moved around some (about 30 minutes). Then when I weigh again it's less. This is weighing naked and before eating breakfast both times.
-
This makes sense but I wonder 'where' the fluid goes after standing up! (I always use the bathroom before I weigh so it's not 'that' fluid ;-)

I used to drink those and also drank a lot of energy drinks. Until I found the pre-workout supplement called Jack3D. I love it! About 15 minutes after I drink it I feel tingly all over and it used to freak me out. It feels like bugs are crawling all over your skin and I can't stop scratching. BUT I found that if I start…

How much does it pay?

Examples???

YUMMMMMY!! Can't wait to try these!

I did the same thing, I bought 'motivational' size 18! Problem is they are 'Just My Size' brand so they have a bit of stretch to them and I can already wear them. Now I have to get a pair that don't stretch as my goal jeans.
-
Awesome!! I also went from a 24 to a 20 and it's a great feeling!
-
My vote is for Enell but I would suggest buying a size smaller than what you think to need to account for future weight loss.
-
I struggle with it because I'm short (5'2) so most jeans are too long and too wide around the legs. But, for me, I'm more comfortable with baggy legs and hem dragging on the floor than I am with a muffin top. So I guess to each his own!

Love this! I'm sharing it on Facebook!

I agree, I have to do what works for me, and you have to do what works for you. If you try to adhere to someone else's standards you'll never stick to it.
-
Great job! You're doing awesome!

Going to return this one and get a Timex T5G971 instead. Hopefully it will work better for me!
