I havent accomplished too many goals yet but when I do, ugh, it is usually with food :( 40 reverse curls done..those are hard..feeling the burn!

I am! I have flow/hot yoga at 6:00PM and I <3 it more than anything!!! :)

Toss up...softball and basketball I also really loved just being outside (geojen), riding my bicycle, dirt bike or four wheeler Oh and snowboarding... I was pretty active....All were favorites

I forgot today was the last day of July and didnt weigh myself this morning. :( I used the scale at work which I dont trust but it said 197 which would be a total loss of 3.4lbs....I'll go with it but will definitely weigh myself when I get home!!

On the 17th when I weighed myself, I was at 200.4lbs. As of 26th, the last time I weighed myself, I was at 198.0lbs. Down 2.4lbs I feel confident I can get the last .6!!

M1: Missed breakfast....bad jen! Work was flying by and ending up eating my lunch at 11 M2: couscous, black beans, diced tomatoes and banana peppers M3: ???, probably pasta S1: nothing S2: nothing.. I'm embarrassed to say but I have done a very poor job at meal planning this week!! ..Need to get on that!! ASAP
