  • The various vitamin B's can cause depression like symptoms if they are in deficiency. Be sure to get plenty in your diet also as someone said above exorcise is a mood elevator.   • I have only been on here about a week and I feel the same way. I feel both accountable to and wholly supported by people "I don't even know." The internet is sort of strange to me as a whole but this community is a godsend.
  • I usually read while using an elliptical or stationary bike. By the time I read two chapters the work out is done. I don't know if that will help but we're all rooting for you.
