What's gonna happen to the body composition when only one type of macro(Carbs) is consumed? I'm going out into the wilderness for a holiday & hence wont have access to the normal food sources nor would I be able to workout for a week. Suppose I eat at maintenance, would that change the body composition?

Recomp as far as I know is effective in rank beginners right? I have over a year of strength training with good numbers under my belt.... Do you think I'd be able to gain the benefits of Recomp under these circumstances? Plus I already look skinny now :-D Thanks for taking time to help me out... Cheers

I'm mainly concerned that I might lose interest to workout after Isha as I'd be tired. Whereas, I might squeeze sometime after breaking the fast for calisthenics !! Does it really matter if I do calisthenics/lifting for losing fat? Thanks!

The reason I ask this is, I seem to have hit a plateau on fat loss. I'm on the 4th month of cut, consistently eating 1000 cals below my maintenance.
